There was something majestic about the 3 red cabbages that caught my eye as I walked past the community gardens. So I hurried back with my paints and easel, but someone had already absconded with one of the cabbages ... presumably for dinner?

Today’s plein air painting was off the fun meter! My lovely horse models, Cherry, Shasta and Tucker, had trouble holding still, but it’s all part of the fun! Notice photo on bottom right...a young doe bravely came beside me to nibble a fresh bale of hay.
What a joy working with a dynamic model ...
This month I had the best time painting miniatures...
